China Finest Jasmine Organic Green Tea. A beautiful fragrant marriage of jasmine and green tea creates one of the most traditional flavoured green teas.
In early summer when the tea plants thrive at their best, the fine, youngest leaves are picked. After picking the leaves are layered with fresh jasmine petals in a process repeated three times. After each process, the petals are removed by hand. This process allows the natural aroma of the petals to infuse with the green tea. The dark green leaf is finely marbled with white leaf buds.
Mild, slightly tart tea with the wonderful fragrant flowery jasmine notes.
Both tea and jasmine petals are grown under Organic conditions.
Amount of tea per cup: 1 slightly heaped teaspoon.
Brewing time: 2-3 min.
 
NOTE: Due to the poor growing conditions of the jasmine flowers this year (2020) the aroma and taste are lighter than in the past few years.
